Branch Location Identification

We visit the government agencies, MFIs and collect demographic data. We also meet customers to determine the need and the potential of the location.

Branch Survey

Villages and blocks within 25 kms radius are identified and mapped to branch. A detailed route map is created and displayed at the branch.

Brick and Mortar Model

We then identify the Branch premises and provide with adequate physical infrastructure. The branch is headed by the Branch Manager and supported
by Audit manager & five (5)r relationship officers.

SHG/JLG Formation

The relationship officer forms a SHG/ JLG group with 10 to 20 members from different households with similar
socio-economic status.

Assessment

The audit officer then visits each member's residence / business to ascertain their need and capability to repay the loan.

Credit Bureau

Post approval from the audit officer, the member's demographic data is digitalized and credit history is obtained to take credit decision as per policy.

Financial Literacy Training

Post Credit approval, we conduct Financial Literacy Training (FLT) for 3 consecutive days. During this program, members are trained on the objectives, rules and regulations, over indebtedness, Ponzi schemes, insurance and saving through group discussion and short anecdotes / stories.

Group Recognition Test

A final group credit assessment test is conducted by the Branch Manager before the loan is sanctioned.

Loan Documentation and Disbursement

Post Branch Manager Approval, the loan document is executed and the loan amount is disbursed through cash or transfer to members bank account.

Loan Utilization

Finally, end use of the loan is verified through loan utilization check by Branch Manager.

Center Meeting

The Relationship Officer will conduct the monthly collection meeting as per the repayment schedule.
