A graduate From APS university, Rewa, Sanjay has more than 14 years of experience in the MFI industry. Before, joining New Opportunity, he worked as a Regional Head at Fino Payments Bank.

Mariappan is a Chemistry Graduate, with 14 years of vast experience in NBFCs. Prior to joining New Opportunity, he was working with Bajaj Finserv as an Associate Collection Manager in Collection Department.

A Management graduate with 15 years of experience in Financial Services, he has worked with GE TFS Ltd., DCB Bank, Suryoday Microfinance and Magma Fincorp Limited in various functions.

Rajshekhar is post graduate in MBA finance with more than 12 years’ experience in Microfinance sector. He has worked with KBS Bank, SKS Microfinance, HDFC Bank and Disha Microfinance in various functions.

Kumar is a Commerce Graduate, with 10 years’ of rich experience in Microfinance industry. Prior to Joining New Opportunity, he was working with the companies like Grama Vidiyal Micro Finance Ltd., SKS Micro Finance, Muthoot Micro Fin in various capacities.

Management graduate with more than 4 years’ of experience in MFI industry. He started his career with Spandana Spoorthy Microfinance and later joined Madura Microfinance as Regional Manager before joining New Opportunity.

Ravikumar is a Graduate with more than 10 years of experience in the microfinance industry. He started his career as Field officer in Equitas Microfinance and later rose to the rank of Regional Manager at Spandana Spoorthy Financial Ltd.

Himangshu is a MBA graduate with 14 years of experience in financial services and MFI. Before joining New Opportunity Consultancy, he was working in Share Broking, Arohan and Vedika Credit Capital in Assam.

Ashok is a post graduate in Science from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He has 13 years of experience in financial services. He has worked in various functions with SEC Bhopal (Society for Environmental Conservation), Basix and HDFC Bank.

B. Lakshmanamoorthy is a Post Graduate in Computer Science, with more than 12 years of experience in the financial services. Prior to joining New Opportunity, he was handling Commercial Transportation Group (CTG) at HDFC Bank.

Saurabh is a Management graduate, with15 years of experience in the Insurance and Finance sector. Before joining New Opportunity, he worked with HDFC, Bajaj Allianz, Star Union Dia-Ichi Life Insurance, and Fino Payments Bank in various capacities.

Manoraj is a MBA Graduate, with 15 years of wide experience in the service industries like Hospital, Stock Market, NBFC etc. Prior to joining New Opportunity, he was working in JRG Securities as a Business Development Manager.

Toufic, is a Graduate from Mumbai University and has over 17 years’ experience in various fields, in Finance Industry.

Prior to joining New Opportunity, he worked as Relationship Manager at India Infoline Finance Limited.

Dipankar is a B.Sc (IT) graduate with 9 years of experience in the Microfinance and Banking industry. Before joining New Opportunity Consultancy, he worked with ICICI Bank Ltd., IndusInd Bank and Arohan Financial Services

Satya has over 19 years of experience in the Microfinance and Retail Lending sector. He has previously worked with Tata Finance, ICICI Bank and Suryoday Small Finance Bank with domain expertise in business development, channel management, micro-finance business and micro-finance risk, audit and credit.

Kavitha is a post-graduate in Commerce (MBA) and has more than 12 years of experience in Financial Sector. Prior to joining New Opportunity, she worked as a Team Leader in Indian Association for savings and credit (IASC),a fully owned subsidiary of New Opportunity.

Madhavan is a post Graduate in Mathematics with 29 years experience in the Financial Sector. Before joining New Opportunity, he worked with CFO Bridge LLP, handling various clients in the capacity of Budgeting/MIS/Financial Reports, and, worked with Middle East-Kuwait, where he was the Country Head.

Vinay is a management graduate, with 11 years of experience in the NBFC & Education Industry. Before joining New Opportunity, Vinay was associated with organizations like Fino Finance & SAVE Microfinance, handling key leadership roles.

Hardik is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University & has over 5 years of experience in Microfinance Industry. He also has a experience of 9 years in the manufacturing & service industry.Prior to joining New Opportunity, he was working in business department in companies like NMC Trading & Al Seer Trading based in Dubai.

Srividhya is a Management graduate with a specialization in Human resources development and Marketing with15 years of experience in the field of Human resources. Before joining New Opportunity, she held the position of Senior HR in Indian Association for Savings and Credit, a fully owned subsidiary of New Opportunity.

Balamurali holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He comes with a wide experience of over 22 years in managing IT solutions.Before joining New Opportunity, he worked in the Telecom and FMCG sector.

Narayana Moorthy is graduate with more than 20 years of experience in the financial and social responsibility sector. Before joining New opportunity in 2007, he worked with various financial institutions like Bajaj Auto Finance and India Bulls Financial Services in various capacities.

Paul Devakumar is a Management graduate with a specialization in Finance. He started his career as a Support Executive at Target infotech, based in Bangalore. Later, he worked as an Assistant Manager – Accounts, for a steel company based in Coimbatore.

Navin is a Graduate in Commerce and completed CA (Inter) with over 10 years of Experience in Audit, Accounts & Taxations for Various Companies, Prior to joining New Opportunity Consultancy Pvt Ltd, work with Iyer & Rao, an leading Audit firm based in Coimbatore as Senior Audit Executive.

Imran is an MBA Graduate with speciality in Finance. He started his career with New Opportunity on December 2014.

N. Kaleeswaran is a Graduate in Commerce. Prior to joining New Opportunity, he worked as an Audit Assistant for a leading audit firm based in Coimbatore.

MBA from VNSGU having total 13.5 years of experience. 12 years experience in Microfinance sector. have worked with Fluid Power Systems as Asst Manager, Lok Vikas Nidhi as Branch Manager, L&T Finance Ltd as Territory Manager and Fincare SFB as Divisional Manager.

A management graduate from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow.He has 12 years of Experience in Microfinance Industry. Before joining NOCPL has worked with Fusion Microfinance , RBL bank and Basix.

Maheshkumar is a Graduate, with 14 years of vast experience in NBFCs & MFI’s. Prior to joining New Opportunity, he was working with the companies like Centurion bank of Punjab, Fullerton India credit company, Indian association for savings and credit as an Divisional Manager in Business Department.

Jyotish shetty is a graduate from Mangalore university, Prior joining NOCPL he was working in Gulf as a marketing manager in a large format digital printing company handling business as well as collections

Niranjan Patra is a banking and NBFC professional with over a decade of experience. Prior to joining New Opportunity, he worked with Spandana, Muthoot Finance, HDFC Bank, and Svatantra Microfin. He is a MBA graduate from Sikkim Manipal University.

Jyoti is an MBA graduate from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He has 17 years of experience with different financial entities. Prior to joining NOCPL, he was associated with Asirvad Microfinance, Arohan Microfinance and Share Microfinance.
