1. A Whistle Blower’s role is that of a reporting party with reliable information. NOCPL has in place a Whistle Blower/ Vigil Mechanism through which it’s Directors and employees can report their genuine concerns about illegal or unethical behaviour, actual or suspected fraud or violation of the Company’s code of conduct or ethics policy. The mechanism provides for adequate safeguards against victimization of persons who use such mechanism.
2. The Company shall also welcome similar genuine reports/ concerns/ complaints from other stakeholders and members of public.
